If you have lost your membership Key Tag, and your membership has not yet expired, you can order a replacement Key Tag for a $10 replacement fee. A new Key Tag with a new Membership number will be mailed to you. Please note, ordering a replacement Key Tag does not change the expiration date of your existing membership, it simply gets you a Replacement Key Tag for the one lost or stolen, and it flags and invalidates the Lost or stolen Key Tag in our database.
