Our first event in January sold out. After much thought and requests I have decided to stay with the same topic of home buying for March! This wont be your typical home buying seminar… I’ll be buying the first round of drinks, and I promise to keep things entertaining while you learn about the home buying process, the current real estate market, and what you can do to start building wealth through owning real estate. First time home buyer? Owned before? Do you just have some questions? This is perfect for anyone interested in buying residential real estate.

I teamed up with one of the best (IF NOT THE BEST) drag queens in Boston to give back to our community. The $10 entrance fee for this event will be a donation supporting GLAD (GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders). Through strategic litigation, public policy advocacy, and education, GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) works in New England and nationally to create a just society free of discrimination based on gender identity and expression, HIV status, and sexual orientation. Mizery and I have been working with this organization for years, and this is important to her because of all the support they give to the LGBTQ+ community.

This event will also feature my special guest Betsy Houser from Camden National Bank. She will be supporting me though the home buying journey and assisting you with any and all of your lending needs and questions!

Did you know that 49 percent of the LGBT community are homeowners compared to 64 percent of the general population? I want to help bring that number up and overcome any of the boundaries we face.

If you can not make this event, we will be hosting a real estate cocktail hour bi-monthly at Club Cafe. The real estate topics will be different every event! The ticket fees are a donation to GLAD and are non-refundable and non-transferable. First beverage is purchased by Jason, and is limited to one glass of wine, one beer, one cocktail or one non-alcoholic beverage . Food is available for purchase.
