Club Café ticket surcharge is 3% credit card fee plus $1.50 processing and administration fee per ticket sold.
Ticket Refund Policy – Club Café may refund the face value of event tickets or registrations purchased through Club Café until ticket sales for that event end. Event ticket sales are final after sales have ended.
The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as the event starts. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
You may be able to transfer your ticket.
If you wish to transfer tickets you have purchased on the site to a different time or different event, please contact Club Café to arrange for ticket transfer before the ticket sales end and before the events start.
Please note that tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
If an event is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Club Café has the sole and absolute right to reschedule the event, or issue a partial/full refund, or not issue any refunds.
