Cabaret Spotlight with Eden Casteel
reservationsDine With Us.
CABARET SPOTLIGHT hosted by EDEN CASTEEL with special guest KEVIN SCOTT HALL.
Eden Casteel is a musical multitasker! She’s a wildly talented and reliably hilarious cabaret singer/pianist who loves to perform pop, jazz, oldies, showtunes and opera. Eden also loves to improvise, performing songs she creates from audience suggestions. Eden (yep, as in “the garden of” or as in “not Espinosa”) is here to entertain you with cabaret classics, comedy songs, parodies, powerhouse hits, and the occasional tear-jerking ballad. Stick around for the open mic — Eden’s happy to take song requests, and play for you and your friends!
Kevin Scott Hall is a performer and writer who has continued to work his talents as a singer, author, actor, songwriter, and standup comic and host for nearly four decades, including 35 years in New York City before moving back to his home state of Massachusetts in 2021. His debut CD, New Light Dawning, came out in 1998, featuring many of his original songs, and he continues to record new songs to this day. He has performed in virtually all the small cabaret clubs in New York, and has also performed in Philadelphia, Atlanta, and in smaller cities in the northeast. For many years, he taught cabaret workshops and covered the cabaret beat for Edge Media from 2008-2016. He first performed at Club Café in the ‘90s and returned last March for his first show here in over 25 years. Since returning to central MA, he has acted in several theatrical productions and began doing standup. Hall is also the author of the novel Off the Charts! and the acclaimed memoir, A Quarter Inch From My Heart.
