The Ladies Who Brunch

reservationsDine With Us.

The Ladies Who Brunch at Club Café is Boston’s newest Sunday divertissement. Come and indulge yourself in a feast for your senses with renowned artists Jeanne Collins Crowley, Sarah Kornfeld and Mary Catherine.

Jeanne Collins Crowley has been singing and performing since childhood. Her first paid performance was at the age of six at her grandmother’s birthday party. Instead of singing On the Good Ship Lollipop, she belted out “You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby” from the Virginia Slim’s ad, much to the shock and surprise of her grandparents and assembled guests. She collected her dollar bill and was hooked on the applause and laughter. In the years since, she has fronted several pop country bands, and continues to be a featured vocalist for blues bands from Springfield to the Cape. She is now studying voice with Frankie Campofelice, and is looking forward to seeing what the next chapter holds.

Sarah Kornfeld is a singer and actress hailing from Boston. She is known for her versatility in performing various musical genres, including opera, oratorio, and musical theater. Sarah’s recent performances include the role of Aphrodite in the exciting new musical “Pandora” with Blue Spruce Theater, and she was also featured as the soprano soloist in Handel’s Messiah with Chorus North Shore. She has also sung several concert engagements with American Classics, and was recently featured in their season-closing concert “Cartoon Tunes”.Sarah’s versatility as a singer has been evident in her performances in various musical theater and classical music productions in the Boston area, including standout roles such as Rose Stopnick Gelman in “Caroline, or Change” with Moonbox Productions. She has also been featured in productions with The Lyric Stage Company, Opera Hub, and Boston Opera Collaborative.

Mary Catherine is a graduate of the prestigious Yale Cabaret Conference and the St. Louis cabaret conference. She has performed with Boston Bel Canto Opera, Longwood Opera Company and Opera Aperta among other venues. Mary Catherine was also sighted briefly on the “CBS, The Early Show ” disguised as Nancy Kerrigan singing a song from the rock opera “Tonya & Nancy” by Michael Teoli and local songwriter Elizabeth Searle. Mary Catherine also starred in several segments of the “Dr. Ruth Westheimer Show”, a prescient event foreshadowing her career as a couples and families therapist at a Boston teaching hospital.
